1.1 Passenger and Driver Liability: Zenna Rides is not liable for any incidents that occur while using our service, including but not limited to theft, damage to the vehicle, or personal injury. Both drivers and passengers are fully responsible for their own safety and any damages incurred.
2.1 Proper Licensing Required: Only individuals with the appropriate chauffeur licenses are permitted to use our service. By using Zenna Rides, you confirm that you possess a valid chauffeur license.
2.2 Service Classification: Zenna Rides is not a taxi or transportation company. We provide a platform via a mobile application to connect licensed chauffeurs with passengers.
3.1 Driver's Responsibility: Drivers are responsible for managing cash payments from passengers. If a passenger fails to pay the agreed amount, the driver assumes full liability for the unpaid fare.
4.1 Cash Payment Processing: Drivers are required to remit 20% of their total cash earnings to Zenna Rides by the end of every week.
4.2 Payment Deadline: The weekly payment must be made via wire transfer or bank payment to Zenna Rides d.o.o. no later than Sunday at 12:00 AM.
5.1 Modification of Terms: Zenna Rides reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
5.2 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro.
